He has led large-scale operations, commissioning, regulatory execution, closure programs, and capital projects ranging from field-level delivery to board-level reporting. His experience includes managing multi-million-dollar budgets, supporting projects exceeding $1B in capital scope, leading cross-functional teams, improving operating performance, reducing risk, and building the systems required for organizations to execute with discipline.
